Our highly-trained team are used to dealing with queries and problems that can arise when our clients first take up, or are maintaining, a tenancy.
Customers’ homes may be council accommodation, housing association accommodation, privately-rented, owned or temporary accommodation and we provide our services free of charge.
We can visit customers at home or in another suitable location.
The length of support differs depending on their specific needs and wishes. We will either support them directly or support them to find the additional help they need from other agencies.
