Meet our head office team
Paul Wright, Chief Executive
After a 30 year career in local government, Paul joined Fry Housing Trust in 2012 as its Operations Director where he developed a number of innovative new services responding, in particular, to the needs of female offenders, Domestic Violence perpetrators and prison leavers. Paul is responsible for developing the Trust’s strategic direction, governance, partnerships and business development. He is also a member of the regional Strategic Management Board for MAPPA (Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements) and provides a voice for offenders and housing on various criminal justice and public health forums. Paul has a Master of Science degree from Aston University in Public Sector Management.
Rob Harris, Business Manager
Rob has worked in a variety of roles within the Trust since starting in 1997 as a Trainee Support Worker and has progressed through to Scheme Manager and later Housing Services Manager. Rob’s experience of managing front-line services, performance management, contract compliance and maintaining and improving quality and performance is of great benefit to the Trust. As the Trust’s Business Manager, Rob works closely with the Senior Management Team, taking the Trust forward in areas of quality and performance, client involvement and business development.
Tom Mason, Business Support Officer
Tom, a recent recruit to the head office team, joined the Trust in 2011 initially as a Support Worker at the Moseley scheme. Tom started his career working for the NHS in a number of customer focused and administrative capacities. His current role as Business Support Officer is to provide professional administrative support to the head office team. For example to collate, analyse, format and disseminate performance information to the Trust’s managers, board of management and other relevant stakeholders.
Mike Rogers, Employment and Skills Advisor
Mike works specifically with our clients to support them in their journey into education, training and employment. Mike has worked with clients with a range of needs, enabling them to get back into paid employment, assisted them in setting up self-employment ventures and sourced a variety of training opportunities. Mike has also secured work placements with local businesses for voluntary placements specifically for the Trust’s clients.
