Sandwell supported accommodation

The eligibility criteria for Sandwell supported accommodation services are as follows. You must be:

• An ex-offender or at risk of offending
• 18 years of age or older
• In need of support, and willing to engage in a programme of action with staff.

Apart from this, we have a no-exclusion policy.

To apply for supported accommodation with Fry in Sandwell at Chapter House, you need to be referred from an external agency such as probation, social services, Serco or drugs / alcohol agencies.

This project comprises 20 self-contained flats with some communal areas. It is staffed 24-hours a day.
