Our values

Achieving economic well-being

We can help and advise clients with applying for the correct benefits and learning how to budget their money. Support workers address any issues of debt and in the longer-term also assist clients looking for full-time employment. 

Enjoy and achieve

Clients are helped to find ways to meaningfully occupy their time, with their interests and skills taken into account. Training and voluntary work is encouraged.

Be healthy

We assist clients to maintain general health by ensuring they register with a GP, dentist and any other health professional. Healthy living is encouraged through diet, exercise and general mental and emotional well-being. Support is available for clients who have addiction issues, e.g. substance misuse, alcohol or gambling. 

Stay safe

In supported accommodation, clients are resettled into the community with appropriate skills. In floating support, we help clients to maintain their own tenancy. Support workers look at issues around offending and related behaviour with the aim of breaking this cycle.

Make a positive contribution

We encourage clients to get involved both within the organisation and in the community, with the confidence and skills to make informed choices and have a voice in how services are run.

The aim of all of the above is to promote full reintegration into the community and enable clients to live independently and successfully within the community.
